Ordering Terms & Conditions
We require full payment at the point of order. You will receive an email confirmation for your order with an order number and receipt of payment. You may need to check your spam email folder as the confirmation may be sent there by your security settings.
Please check the email order confirmation carefully and notify us on firstname.lastname@example.org if any items are incorrect. You can pay for an order using a debit or credit card.
Change an Order
Please contact us on email@example.com if you would like to make an alteration to an order.
You may not be able to make an alteration within the 24 hours prior to the delivery time selected. However, please note that additional charges may apply to any changes accepted within this period.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery details are provided to us, which includes the delivery address and contact phone number.
It is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to accept the delivery at the delivery address. NOSHY cannot accept any liability in the late delivery of an order due to incorrect or insufficient delivery details provided. In addition NOSHY does not accept any responsibility for costs incurred due to errors made with products delivered.
Please note that any undelivered products will be held by us for an additional 24 hours and an additional delivery charge will be applicable if you request a new delivery time.
We are not liable for any complaint concerning our delivery which is not raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Our truffles are handmade and handcrafted using natural and fresh ingredients. Therefore truffles delivered to you may vary from the photographs shown on our website. The photographs on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
We appreciate that taste is a personal matter and subjective. We cannot accept the return of products only because you do not like the taste. However, we always welcome your feedback!
If upon delivery of your order you find that the products are incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, then please notify us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your order.
If the product is not as per the order confirmation email or damaged then we will refund your purchase. You are required to provide a photograph to support such a refund. You must retain the damaged goods (including the packaging) for our inspection and subject to our review of the error or damage (and these Terms & Conditions), we will refund the total price you have paid for your order.
We are not liable for any complaint concerning our products which is not raised within 24 hours of delivery.
If we receive an order cancellation at least 36 hours before the delivery time then we can guarantee a full refund. Any other order cancellation requests outside of this time period will not be part or fully refunded.
We will make a refund payment to the debit card or credit card used by you for the original order. Ownership of the products will transfer to NOSHY once a refund payment has been made to you.
We reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice. However, we can guarantee that no price increase will apply to a confirmed order that has been paid for the price at the point of order.

We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (either the product or the service), then please contact us on email@example.com.
We may publish photographs of your order onto our social media platforms and/or our website.
Please refer to our Ingredients & Allergens which provides dietary information. Therefore we do not accept any liability for any damage or distress caused (either health-related or otherwise) by the consumption of our products.
